Career and Study Guidance (CSG)
At BCS, vocational orientation begins in primary school with the aim of not preparing children for exams or tests, not competing against each other for the best grades, but working together as a team to find knowledge and solutions to questions and new issues, asking questions, making mistakes, learning from them and being curious – all the things that are known in ‘adult life’ as soft skills and a dynamic mindset.
