Consense Mangement Service
2021
Certification of the external evaluation of the Berlin education programme “Consense Management Service” for Berlin Cosmopolitan School Kindergarten & Preschool. The external evaluation procedure applied by “Consense Management Service” for the updated Berlin Education Programme is a procedure recognised by the Senate Department for Education, Science and Research.

Berlin Cosmopolitan School primary school receives the nationwide DIGITAL SCHOOL signet.
Erasmus+ Accreditation
2017–2021
2017- 2020: Erasmus+ School Education Strategic Partnership, National Agency for EU Programmes in the School Sector.
2021: Accredited learner and staff mobility projects are implemented by organisations such as BCS that have Erasmus accreditation. Each accredited project represents a step in the implementation of BCS’s long-term Erasmus plan. This cycle BCS is working to address critical thinking in school settings in more detail.

The IG Leseförderung im Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels e.V. and the Deutsche Bibliotheksverband e.V. certify Berlin Cosmopolitan Kindergarten & Preschool as being particularly committed to early childhood reading promotion.
Haus der kleinen Forscher (House of Little Scientists)
2017, 2020, 2021, 2022
2017 – Little explorers Science and technology for girls and boys.
2020 – Cosmopolitan School Kindergarten & Preschool took part in ‘FORSCHERGEIST 2020’, the nationwide daycare centre competition organised by the Deutsche Telekom Foundation and the ‘Haus der kleinen Forscher’ foundation.
2021 – Berlin Cosmopolitan School – Kindergarten & Preschool receives the ‘Haus der kleinen Forscher’ certification for two years for its commitment to early education in science and technology.
2022 – The kindergarten and preschool were honoured as ‘Little Scientists’ House 2022’ for the fourth time in a row. This year, the overall result was above average.

The day care centre Berlin Cosmopolitan School Kindergarten & Preschool of the sponsor EBS Europäische Bildungsstiftung gGmbH participates in the Berlin state programme “Kitas bewegen – für die gute gesunde Kita” from January 2022.

TOGETHER, an Erasmus+ Project
2021–2023
Berlin Cosmopolitan School participates in an innovative educational Erasmus project mainly aimed at developing materials that encourage the development of professional, technological and personal competences of students and staff, improving academic and cultural knowledge for BCS students.
Environmental School in Europe/International Sustainability School

Berliner Sparkasse stock market competition

The Stock Exchange Simulation Game is a learning project organised by the savings banks in Germany and Europe to promote financial education.
With a portfolio value of € 53,000 in the Sustainable Stock Options and ETFs category, our Year 12 students came out with the second prize in the largest economics student competition in Germany.

Two awards from ‘Berliner Märchentage 3. online writing competition’. Two of the students’ ballads are among the best 12 entries.
VEX Robotics German Masters
2025
The middle school team reached the quarter-finals and 9th place on its debut, while the high school team won the title of ‘German Masters Tournament Champion 2025’ and qualified for the World Championships in Dallas. In addition, the ‘Cosmo Kids’ won the Excellence Award and also secured their ticket to the World Championships, while the ‘Junior Cosmos’ finished in a strong 10th place.
