Certification of our School Kitchen

Today and tomorrow, Mr. Wolfgang Köber, auditor of the “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung” DGE is putting our school kitchen through its paces. In order to optimise the quality of the catering and to secure it in the long term, all three institutions – BCS Kindergarten&Preschool, Berlin Cosmopolitan Primary School and Secondary School as well as Berlin Cosmopolitan Food Services GmbH – have set themselves the goal of certification according to the respective DGE quality standards for catering in December 2019. Basis of the certification for the kindergarten is the DGE quality standard for the food supply in day facilities for children , for Primary School and Secondary School – DGE quality standard for the school food supply .
