Berlin Cosmopolitan School Choir at Icelandic Embassy

On Thursday, November 21, our Berlin Cosmopolitan School Primary Choirs were invited to sing Christmas Carols during the Christmas Event at the Common House of the Nordic Embassies, hosted this year by the Icelandic Embassy.

After singing their first set of Carols indoors, all guests enjoyed a video about the 13 Icelandic Jolasveinar Santa Clauses before going outside for the Christmas tree lighting. One of the highlight of the evening was without doubt, our choirs singing an Icelandic Christmas Carol with all Icelanders joining in a sing-along.

What a fantastic evening for everyone. Thank you to Edda Jökulsdottir the Icelandic Vice-Ambassador who invited our Berlin Cosmopolitan School choirs and Rut Sigursdottír, for beautiful pictures. And last but not least, thank you Dorothee Wagner, our choirs’ conductor and the students for their wonderful performance.
